A slow cooked beef brisket served with pickles, onions and bbq sauce. Served with one side.
Thompson's favorite choice, cooked slowly over smokey wood fire with special seasoning. Served with two sides and Home Style Baked Beans.
Cooked for 3.5 hours on slow smoked heat. Goes good with Mac 'n Cheese and Home Style Baked Beans. Served with two sides.
Slow Cooked Pork Ribs, Chicken, Texas Style Hot Links, or Tri-tip. Goes good with Potato Salad and Home Style Baked Beans. Served with two sides.
Chicken cooked to perfection over wood fire. Goes well with Green Salad or Sweet Corn Salad. Served with two sides.
